Question from Rick Emergency Evacuation Travel insurnace? Hello, What is meant by “emergency evacuation” with respect to medical travel insurance for those who come to the U.S. from India? Usually the coverage said it is up to the policy in case of emergency evacuation. So if car accident happens, and if the parents were taken to the nearest hospital by ambulance immediately, it would be considered “emergency evacuation” or it will be considered equal to using the ambulance service?
